A whiff of cookies and chocolate
I would turn as soon as I would catch it.
She would call me in her melodious voice
And I would know it's to tell me her beautiful stories.
The feeling I would get with her
Was like finally being at peace
And her place always smelled like
The earth after rain;So intoxicating,
That  you would never want to leave.
It still smells like that every time I visit
But alas! The number of visits has declined
Since I am now an adult
And her hands have started to feel  rough.
Bits she remembers, bits she forgets
But oh my Granny is still the best
For she was the woman who oozed charm
She inspired me to be my own boss.
She ain't a lady she is fire
And the flame still flickers even if a bit tired.

When I think about your love for me,

oh darlin'! I become too blind to see,

but your touch never leaves my skin,

it's like the jolt of the juniper berry gin.

The aura that you create in my zone,

doesn't ever let me chill to my bone,

and the sound of yours on the phone,

keeps echoing, so I never feel alone.

The taste that you leave onto my lips,

reminds me of the chocolate so swiss,

such is the ecstasy of your igneous kiss,

just can't ignore that and still it is a bliss.

Delightful is the aroma that you spread,

like a metaphor of the roses on our bed,

you play as a cassette all day in my head,

on repeat, out of sight, but turning me red.

Sometimes I close my eyes

And soak up all the laughter around me, Six different waves crashes against my heart like a raucous piece of music

A sharp note of happines gnashing through my veins,

An audible flatness laced with pain drums against my skin,

A melifulioss chord of regret pleading to be Silenced,

A downbeat of longing pulsing in the air

A drumbeat of love so strong that it blares all over.

And my silence so loud, i could hear it banging.

So many different stories rippling through so many different sounds

Yet in that chaos i find my home.

To the world it was just "noise"
To us it sounded so much like hope.

Worst was that day, with a broken heart I wailed,
When misunderstandings grew like weeds in their hearts,
And broke a six year long bond, so frail.

Dead on the inside, lost and
betrayed,
I yearned to hear your voice,
To get over them and escape this pain.

Cellphones are amazing, but even they screwed up that day,
As my voice failed to cross those miles between us,
"Not reachable," the operator probably sighed with pity again.

Breaking into tears, I cursed life and its ways,
The events of that day played a slideshow,
Rendering me helpless and driving me insane.

Out of the blue you called,
Your voice calmed my senses like water over burning coal,
It's then that I realized that no matter what life does to me,
Your voice is enough, to help me survive and grow.

The hate and love all were sitting
Inside the gate of bus. It tumbled around the
City as it was always carrying lots of rush.
It was My  favourite place as I
had a crush on one of my classmates.
Long journey to school of wisdom
Crazy pranksters full of excitement.
We fought, teased, bullied and slept,
On last day of school we all wept.
That was the day of Destiny
We moved on to find roads of success.
No success is greater than our friendships,
And crushes and all the fuss.
No  money can buy the memories
Of  our school bus.
